Modern residential development on Otto-Filitz-Straße creates new housing for the region
A modern residential development on Otto-Filitz-Straße in Ruhpolding has been successfully completed. With a total of 41 residential units, the three newly constructed apartment buildings are helping to create much-needed housing in the region.
The project comprises three apartment buildings connected by a spacious shared underground car park. The compact arrangement of the buildings has created a modern residential complex that blends harmoniously into its existing surroundings.
From the structural works and fit-out to completion, each phase of construction was carried out step by step. The shared underground car park provides residents with convenient parking facilities and complements the overall residential concept.
The successful completion of the project once again demonstrates how efficient planning, high-quality construction and the collaboration of all parties involved can create modern housing.
