Career Orientation Fair Berchtesgadener Land & Traunstein: Swietelsky inspires students for the construction trades

For the second time, our teams from the Infrabau Traunstein and Hochbau Saaldorf-Surheim branches participated in the career orientation fair for schools from the districts of Berchtesgadener Land and Traunstein.

About 50 schools – from middle and secondary schools to high schools – took part, with around 1,200 students attending the event. The interest in construction trades was clearly noticeable: Many young visitors informed themselves about the professions of road construction workers and building construction workers and inquired directly about internship and holiday job opportunities at Swietelsky.

A special highlight: The young people could get actively involved – in excavator driving and assembling formwork. These hands-on stations were very well received and made the construction trades tangible.

With great commitment and passion, our colleagues on site demonstrated how versatile and future-proof a training at SWIETELSKY is – a successful day for recruiting young talent in the region!
