SWIETELSKY Traunstein has been awarded the contract for the development of 103 building plots with sewage, rainwater, water supply, and district heating, as well as the construction of an approximately 1.4-kilometer-long access road.
Within the next nine months, the work for the new building area "Stocket" in the northwest of the city will be realized. The clients are the city and the municipal utilities of Traunreut. At the end of March, the traditional groundbreaking ceremony took place with representatives from the city, the city council, and the involved companies. On the approximately eight-hectare site, about 100 single-family, double-family, and row houses, as well as three residential blocks, will be built. In addition to a mandatory connection to district heating, a green space with 90 trees will be created on 7,600 square meters.
