From May to November 2025, our branch in Biburg installed approximately 113,000 m² of noise-reducing DSH V thin-layer pavement – a construction project that posed the highest technical and organizational demands.
It was clear early on: To achieve the required installation performance, four spray pavers, one swing conveyor feeder, eight rollers, and 15 trucks would be needed. The contract included 11 km of full-width roadway including connecting branches, divided into five construction sections with changing traffic management.
The biggest challenge lay not only in the scope of the project but also in implementing a demanding logistics concept, precise scheduling, close coordination with the client, managing changing weather conditions, and ensuring unobstructed access to other areas of the construction site.
Thanks to careful planning, high flexibility, and outstanding team performance, the pavement could be installed on time and to the required quality. An impressive example of how professional project management and dedicated collaboration can successfully tackle even complex large-scale projects.
Our thanks go to all involved – from the installation teams to the mixing plant, workshop, laboratory, construction management, logistics, and all other team members.
