The SWIETELSKY branch in Ebersberg is in the midst of a far-reaching infrastructure project in Pfaffing. Under the leadership of site manager Michael Huber, various infrastructure measures will be carried out here until the end of 2024.
The project, commissioned by Bayerngrund GmbH from Munich, has a contract sum of net €2,250,000. The planning and supervision of the construction work are carried out by the engineering office ROPLAN from Rosenheim.
The construction measures include:
- Topsoil removal and excavation work: Removal of approximately 3000 m³ of topsoil and excavation work of approximately 6000 m³, supplemented by a soil exchange of approximately 2500 m³.
- Wastewater channel: Construction of a 750 m long wastewater channel made of PP DN200 as well as 48 wastewater house connections made of PP DN150, each with a maintenance shaft DN1000.
- Rainwater channel: Installation of a 735 m long rainwater channel made of reinforced concrete with diameters from DN300 to DN500, including 48 rainwater house connections made of PP DN200 and a maintenance shaft DN1000.
- Rainwater retention basin: Construction of a rainwater retention basin with a capacity of 480 m³ and excavation work of approximately 4000 m³. Additionally, a trench in the retention basin with approximately 1100 storage elements will be constructed.
- Water pipeline: Laying of a 1045 m long water pipeline made of PE DA 110 to DA 180 as well as 48 water pipeline house connections DA40.
- Empty conduits for district heating: Installation of 140 m of empty conduits for the district heating expansion made of PP DN250 to DN400.
- Edge borders and paved areas: Construction of 2000 m of edge borders and 1600 m² of paved areas.
- Asphalt areas: Construction of 5300 m² of asphalt areas.
- Progress and collaboration
Since the beginning of the construction work in August 2023, the project has made significant progress. The collaboration between the SWIETELSKY branch in Ebersberg, Bayerngrund GmbH, and the engineering office ROPLAN is proceeding optimally and ensures rapid construction progress.
Outlook
With the successful implementation of this project, the infrastructure in the construction area of Pfaffing will be significantly improved. The comprehensive work on channels, water pipelines, and traffic areas will not only enhance the quality of life for residents but also contribute to the development of the region.
