At the Vogtland Winter Evening 2025, business partners and friends of our house came together. In a festive atmosphere with mulled wine, grilled delicacies, and culinary delights, the evening provided an opportunity for personal conversations, a reflection on the past year, and the exchange of shared successes and perspectives.
A transition supported by people
A special moment was the farewell of the previous managing director Ulrich Neef and the handover of responsibility to Helwig Falch and the management team of the Environmental and Recycling branch. The harmonious transition showed that corporate transitions succeed not only through contracts but primarily through the people who support them. Existing structures are preserved, experiences are passed on, and new strengths are consolidated – as a foundation for continuous and future-oriented development.
Shared values as a foundation
This attitude also connects the Vogtland Collecting Society (VGV) and SWIETELSKY. Since the takeover of the VGV at the end of 2024, it has become evident how well both companies collaborate: taking responsibility, keeping resources in circulation, and living reliability – these values shape the cooperation and shared success.
