Successful handover of Quartier Neutraubling: Construction project completed ahead of schedule

The construction project Quartier Neutraubling was completed ahead of schedule and handed over to the client Dawonia. The official acceptance took place in the premises of the turnkey construction company Bayern at the Regensburg branch. In a festive setting with sparkling wine and culinary delights, the success of the project was celebrated.

Project Overview

The construction project, which started on May 2, 2023, includes 35 modern apartments of various sizes, an underground garage with 37 parking spaces, and attractively designed outdoor facilities. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious green area that provides residents with an inviting, communal environment.

Innovative Construction Method and Timely Implementation

By using innovative construction techniques such as concrete hollow walls and prefabricated brick elements, as well as excellent scheduling, the project was completed 2.5 months ahead of the originally planned handover date. This result is largely due to the commitment of the construction site team, led by site manager Daniel Treml, along with foremen Karl-Heinz Schramm and Haris Cirkic. The teams from purchasing, work preparation, and administration also made significant contributions to the success of the project through their outstanding work.
