A six-story office building with a rooftop terrace and parking deck is being constructed in the Dornach/Aschheim district by September 2022.
In a joint venture, the general contractor SWIETELSKY, with its Regensburg branch, is building an office building with a gross floor area of 13,286 m² on a total of 51,000 m³ of enclosed space.
Noteworthy is the rooftop terrace, as a total of 2,000 m² will feature publicly accessible outdoor decks with a conference room and outdoor staircase, a reflecting pool, a fitness course, and garden beds for communal gardening. The architects' idea of "Rough is enough" is reflected in the use of exposed concrete for the walls, ceilings, and floors. The use of this pure, natural building material creates a neutral yet pleasant spatial atmosphere. The client aims for BREEAM certification for the sustainable overall construction method and innovative building technology. Through component activation, natural energy from geothermal heat and groundwater can be used for heating and cooling.
