On October 12, the SWIETELSKY branch in Traunstein invited its trainees together with the "trainee mentors" for team training.
The morning was dedicated to getting to know each other. After a joint lunch, the team training took place. The exercises focused on the effects of chain reactions. The goal of the tasks was to develop or strengthen a sense of belonging. The feeling of "I am an important part of the SWIETELSKY team" was reinforced by this successful event.
The branch and its Bavarian locations are currently training 28 young people in the professions of road construction worker, agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician, process mechanic (asphalt technology), construction equipment operator, industrial clerk, bricklayer, building materials tester, and draftsman.
