The Inntaler Autohof in Raubling is being renovated to modernize its infrastructure and create 100 new truck parking spaces. The project, led by the Ebersberg branch under project manager Michael Huber, is scheduled from September 2024 to April 2025.
Project Highlights
The main improvements include:
- Earthworks: Excavation and management of 3,000 m³ of soil to prepare the site.
- Expansion of utility lines: Installation of 100 meters each of rainwater and wastewater pipes, as well as 115 meters of new water lines.
- Electrical and structural work: Installation of 2,500 meters of empty conduits with 18 cable shafts and construction of 60 foundations for lighting and other utility facilities.
- Surface improvements: Paving (installation) of 12,600 m² of asphalt, soil stabilization with cement, and creation of 2,500 m² of permeable surfaces to improve drainage.

Under the leadership of Inntaler Autohof Raubling GmbH & Co. KG, the redesign aims to enhance capacity, functionality, and sustainability, strengthening Raubling's role as an important logistics hub in Bavaria.
