BAB Sanierung 1

Die Sanierung eines Autobahnabschnitts konnte nach intensiver Bauzeit von Mai bis November 2025 erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden.

SWIETELSKY Deutschland delivered this demanding large-scale project, which involved the highest requirements in both technical and organisational terms.

A low-noise DSH V thin surfacing system was installed over a total area of around 113,000 m². The contract covered the rehabilitation of 11 kilometres of carriageway across the full width, including the slip roads. The works were carried out in five construction phases with changing traffic management layouts in order to maintain traffic flow as effectively as possible during the construction period.

The high standards required for execution were evident already during the planning phase: to achieve the specified paving output, four spray pavers, a pivoting belt feeder, eight rollers and 15 trucks were deployed. Beyond the construction work itself, the complex logistics in particular represented a major challenge. This was compounded by the need for precise scheduling, close coordination with the client, managing variable weather conditions, and ensuring smooth access to adjacent work areas being carried out in parallel.

Thanks to careful preparation, a high degree of flexibility during execution and strong teamwork, the project was completed on schedule and to the required quality. The measure makes a significant contribution to improving driving comfort and reducing noise emissions.
